Emphasis is placed on building the highest quality machines making the highest quality marks at optimum through-put rates. Parts to be marked may be loaded by hand or by automatic feeders such as magazines, vibratory bowls, rotary indexers , shuttle systems or by robotic pick-up-and-place systems. Automatically sequencing numbering heads serialize numbers. Basic digital temperature and dwell-time instrumentation or PLC’s may control machine operation.
